MANILA, Philippines ? Police arrested three persons Thursday afternoon after they tried to disrupt the visit of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the Malanday National High School in Marikina City.

Chief Supt, Benjardi Mantele, Eastern Police District director, said the three were taken ?for documentation? and would be released ?within the day.?
