MANILA, Philippines? The bar examinations set Sunday will push through as scheduled, the Supreme Court said Friday.
?So far, we still do not see any reason to move the bar exam,? said its spokesman Jose Midas Marquez.
The exams were suspended last Sunday as tropical storm Ondoy (international codename: Ketsana) left most of Metro Manila under water.
The high tribunal, meanwhile, suspended work for all courts in Luzon ahead of typhoon Pepeng (international codename: Parma), which is expected to hit land Saturday.
?We need to give them enough time to be with their families and prepare for the typhoon,? Marquez said.
