MANILA, Philippines—Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim presented to the media on Wednesday morning three suspects tagged in the making of fake documents, such as college diplomas and birth certificates, in Quiapo, Manila.

The suspects were identified as Emil Chavenia, 31; John Borja, 39; and Jonald Fuentez, 23.

They were arrested in an entrapment operation and were charged with violation of Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code (falsification of records by private individuals and the use of falsified documents).
