MANILA, Philippines--Two weeks after reshuffling the heads of its district units, the Quezon City Police District has implemented another revamp of its officials, this time among station commanders.
Fifteen commissioned officers with the rank of police superintendent were transferred to different police stations and district units as well.
The QCPD under Chief Supt. Elmo San Diego has also completed the lineup of the command group, which was earlier composed of Senior Supt. Hernando Zafra, deputy district director for administration, and Senior Supt. Audie Arroyo, deputy district director for operations.
Entering the QCPD as the chief of the district director staff is Senior Supt. Clarence Guinto, who is set to relinquish his post as outgoing provincial director of Aklan on Monday.
Serving as Guinto’s deputy is Supt. Teofilo Javier, formerly assigned to the La Loma police station.
Supt. Jesus Balingasa Jr of the Masambong police station will be heading the Kamuning police station, while Supt. Antonio Yarra of the Batasan police station will take over the Masambong police station.
Supt. Edgardo Pamittan of the Cubao police station was transferred to the Galas police station while Supt. Oscar Palisoc of the Anonas police station will now head the Proj 4 police station.
Replacing Palisoc at the Anonas police station is Supt. Rogelio Cabrera.
Meanwhile, Supt. Ferdinand Ampil of the Kamuning police station will be heading the Cubao police station. Supt. Carlito Feliciano of the Galas police station was transferred to the La Loma police station.
Supt. Alex Sintin of the District Police Intelligence and Operations Unit was transferred to the Talipapa police station while Supt. Marcelino Pedrozo of the Talipapa police station will be replacing him as DPIOU chief.
Supt. Leandro Olano of the District Investigation and Detective Management Division will be heading the Fairview police station while Supt. Constante Agpaoa of the District Headquarters Support Unit will be brought back to the Batasan police station.
Supt. Raymund Equibal of the Fairview police station will be transferred to the DIDMD, while Supt Virgilio Fabian of the Proj. 4 police station will head the DHSU.
Supt. Jose Pajarillaga of the District Directorial Staff will be deputy of the District Mobile Group.
Supt Ronnie Montejo of the DMG will be transferred to the District Operations and Plans Division, while Chief Insp. Richard Fiesta of Masambong police station will be part of the Mobile Patrol Unit.
