MANILA, Philippines -- Fire of still unknown origin hit a home in Manila’s Tondo district before noon Tuesday, but no one was hurt in the incident, a fire official said.
Case investigator Fire Officer 3 Victor Bag-id said the fire at Block 8-B, Lot 31 inside the home of a certain Jose Ramos Jr. started at 11:02 a.m. and reached third alarm before it was put out at 11:24 a.m.
No one was hurt in the incident and the fire only partially damaged the Ramos home, Bag-id said.
Arson investigators are still determining the cause of the fire but pegged total damages at P25,000.
