MANILA, Philippines — The unidentified body of a man was found along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City early Tuesday, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer 990AM, quoting police.

Police Officer 3 Modesto Juanson of the QCPD-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit said the victim, about 30-35 years old and 5’6″, was found with stab wounds on his chest at about 2:30. a.m. in Barangay (village) Don Fabian.

The victim’s face was covered with packaging tape and was hung with a nylon cord, Juanson said.

Juanson said it was also possible that the victim was killed in another area and was dumped in Don Fabian to confuse police.
