In Manila, affected areas are those bounded by Dimasalang, Andalucia, España, Macaraig and Blumetritt, Antipolo, Lepanto, Matimyas, Sto. Tomas and Josefina III Streets in Sampaloc; Andalucia, Mayhaligue, Rizal Avenue, North Cemetery down to Dimasalang, E. Remigio, Quezon Boulevard, C.M. Recto in Sta. Cruz; Estero dela Reina, Dagupan Extension and portion of Solis in Tondo.

In Quezon City, affected areas are along España including United Doctors Medical Center Hospital.

Meanwhile, areas bounded by Lepanto, Matimyas, Sto. Tomas, Fajardo, Lealtad and Antipolo Streets in Manila; and areas bounded by Sto. Tomas, E. Rodriguez, Matimyas and Josefina III in Quezon City will experience low pressure to no water supply.
