Eastern and central Visayas, northern Mindanao, the Caraga and Davao Regions will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rain and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday morning.

A low pressure area (LPA) embedded  in the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is forecast to bring bad weather to these areas, Pagasa said.

The rest of Luzon will have moderate to strong northeast to north winds. The coastal waters in the area will also be moderate to rough.

Northwest to west winds over the Visayas and Mindanao will be moderate to occasionally strong, with moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters.
