Calabarzon’s top cop is now Metro Manila’s police chief

In a special order released Friday, Philippine National Police chief Dir. Gen. Oscar D. Albayalde assigned Police Regional Office 4-A regional director Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar to the National Capital Region Police Office.

Eleazar, former chief of the Quezon City Police District, replaced Dir. Camilo Pancratius Cascolan who was reassigned to the Civil Security Group.

Cascolan replaced Dir. Federico Dulay Jr., who was assigned to the Office of the Chief PNP.   /muf
