Motorcyclist dies in Lucena road accident

LUCENA CITY — A motorcycle rider died after his vehicle crashed into a house here early Sunday.

Police report said an unidentified male motorcyclist was maneuvering a curved section of the highway going to the city center but accidentally hit the sidewalk and consequently crashed into the window of a house in Barangay (village) Mayao Crossing around 1:20 a.m.

Rescuers took the victim to the nearest hospital but he died along the way. /je
