LOOK: Coalition for Justice stages symbolic protest over Sereno’s ouster

The Coalition for Justice (CFJ) on Tuesday held a symbolic protest in front of the Supreme Court to show that judicial independence had died when Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno was ousted through a quo warranto petition.

Carrying a coffin with the Lady Justice inside it, priests, nuns, ladies clad in black and children holding chicks marched to the Supreme Court.
