The country will experience fair weather with isolated rain due to localized thunderstorms for Sunday, the state weather bureau said.

The easterlies, or warm wind, blowing from the Pacific remains the dominant weather system in the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

According to Pagasa, Metro Manila will feel the heat at 35 degrees Celsius while Baguio City will have temperatures of at least 17 degrees Celsius up to 26 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, temperature as high as 36 degrees Celsius will be experienced in Tuguegarao City, the agency added. /cbb
