Case investigator PO1 Deojoe Dador said they have yet to determine if the two were on any barangay watchlist.

Recovered from the scene were Casiquin’s phone and two casings, he added.

In Barangay 176, Bagong Silang, 19-year-old tricycle driver Agapito Tubal died after two men wearing bonnets shot him.

Tubal’s younger brother, Ama, was hit three times and taken to the hospital.

The shooting happened as the brothers were buying gasoline for their tricycle at 9:30 p.m. in Phase 1 Package 1.

Tubal had been receiving death threats since last year over his suspected involvement in a murder case, said Senior Insp. Dennis Odtuhan, Caloocan police investigation unit chief. —Krixia Subingsubing
