LEGAZPI CITY — Legazpi Domestic Airport is back to normal operations, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced Tuesday.

Eric Apolonio, CAAP spokesperson, said flights to Legazpi would be back on normal schedule starting Wednesday with daily flight operation at 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Apolonio, in a phone interview, said CAAP, after conducting series of Visual Meteorological Condition (VMC) survey on the Legazpi Domestic Airport runway, found that the airport runway and other facilities were not affected by the Mayon volcano eruption.
