Magnitude 4.5 quake rocks Surigao
A 4.5 magnitude quake struck Burgos, Surigao del Norte, on Saturday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.
The tectonic quake with 11 kilometers of depth was recorded at 9:24 a.m.

An updated Phivolcs bulletin stated the following intensities:

– Intensity III was recorded at Pilar and Dapa
– Intensity II was experienced in Del Carmen and Socorro
– Instrumental intensity I was felt in Surigao City
