3 men detained for rape of 10-year-old boy

TAGBILARAN CITY — Three men have been detained to face charges of raping a 10-year-old boy.

The suspects — Joshua Bitancor, Jan Marnel Bantolinao and Dominic Mejorada — were arrested by police serving a warrant issued by Judge Leo Lison of the Regional Trial Court 3.

No details were made available on the rape case, which police said took place in May in Loon town.

The town police said the suspects were detained at the police jail. Bail bond was set at P120,000 for each of the suspects. —Leo Udtohan
