Flights to Basco, Tuguegarao cancelled

Several domestic flights between Manila and Basco as well as Batanes and Tuguegarao City were cancelled due to inclement weather, airport authorities announced Sunday.
The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced the cancellation of the following flights:
2P Pal Express 2084/2085 Manila – Basco – Manila
Cebu Pacific 5J 506/507 Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
SkyJet M8 816/817 Manila – Basco – Manila
Pal Express 2P 2014/2015 Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
Cebu Pacific 5J 196/197 Manila – Cauayan – Manila
The weather bureau said tropical cyclone “Ramil” (international name: Damrey) left Luzon Saturday, but the country would continue to experience rain due to the northeast monsoon or amihan. /cbb
