More people are encouraged to join the upcoming fourth Million Volunteer Run of the Philippine Red Cross on Oct. 21 at the Quirino Grandstand at the Rizal Park in Manila.

“Through the years, the PRC has always been at the forefront of disasters and emergencies, giving aid and life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable,” PRC Chairman Richard Gordon said in a statement. “By joining the Million Volunteer Run 4, you can help the Red Cross help more people to be more prepared to respond to disasters and calamities.”

“This is a run for humanity. We call it a humanitarian run for everyone,” he added.
