DOJ employee dies in QC flyover accident

A Department of Justice (DOJ) employee died on Wednesday night after his motorcycle was hit by a passenger bus on the Quezon Avenue flyover.

Ramiro Bersamina Jr., 29, of the DOJ Cybercrime Division, was thrown off his bike and hit the windshield of the Five Star bus driven by Crispin Figueroa.

Bersamina was declared dead on arrival at East Avenue Medical Center. Figueroa faces charges of damage to property with homicide. —Jhesset O. Enano
