34-year-old man killed by motorcycle riding gunmen in Ilagan City

CITY OF ILAGAN- A 34-year-old man was shot dead on Wednesday night by assailants riding a motorcycle in Guinatan village here.

Vincent Guzman was walking along Duhat street when two men on board a white-and-red-colored XRM motorcycle drove up to him. One of the men shot Guzman in the neck and torso with a handgun and fled, said Supt. Ariel Quilang, Ilagan City police chief.

The police said Guzman had been under surveillance on suspicion that he peddled drugs. Villamor Visaya Jr., Inquirer Northern Luzon
