Edmundo F. Nolasco Sr., a World War II veteran and champion of workers’ rights, died on Monday. He was 96.
He is survived by his children Butch and Nenette, Cha and Toto, Alio and Noel, Joey and Leni, Ricky and Ibay, Monnie and Menchie, Dee and Nards, and Dondi; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Wake starts at 6 p.m. Tuesday after the cremation at Loyola Chapels Marikina.
Burial is scheduled on Friday morning after the 8 a.m. Mass.
