/ 07:02 AM August 01, 2017

The southwest monsoon will continue to affect the western section of Northern and Central Luzon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

Ilocos, Cordillera, Zambales and Bataan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Rough to very rough seas are expected over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon (Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, northern coast of Cagayan and northern coast of Ilocos Norte). CBB
