Ejercito expects Duterte to tackle economic plans in 2nd Sona

Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito wants President Rodrigo Duterte to discuss his economic plans when he addresses the nation for the second time on Monday.
Duterte is set to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (Sona) at 4:00 p.m. before the joint session of Congress at the House of Representatives in Quezon City.
“#GinhawaNgBayan has been my personal advocacy since I entered public service. Thus, I have high expectations from President Duterte today in his 2nd State of the Nation Address with the theme Comfortable Living for All,” Ejercito, member of the Senate majority bloc, said in a statement.
The senator said he wants to hear from the President in particular the latter’s plans for economic development that would improve the living conditions of every Filipino family.
“I hope that this time, PRRD (Duterte’s initials) will discuss his economic plans which aims to improve standard of living through lower cost of electricity, efficient and convenient public transportation and infrastructure, and affordable and quality health services for all,” Ejercito said.
