An AWOL (absent without official leave) Quezon City policeman tagged in the alleged rubout of four men during a supposed “Tokhang” operation last year has been accused again of murder, this time of a security guard.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Monday filed a case against PO3 Allan Formilleza for the killing of Isagani Pagud, 39, inside the victim’s house in Barangay Payatas on June 7.

Also charged were Leonila Barcelona-Tolones and her live-in partner known only as “Willy.” All three are at large.

A report to Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, QCPD director, said Pagud got into an argument with Tolones and Willy after he saw them supposedly spying on someone in a nearby Internet shop.

The couple, however, called up Formilleza who went to the victim’s house on Everlasting Street and shot him.

Police records showed that Formilleza entered the police force in 2001. He was assigned to the Barangay Bagong Silangan police community precinct when he was tagged as one of the policemen who shot four men “execution-style” in Barangay Payatas in August 2016.
