3 suspects killed, 8 nabbed in Bulacan drug busts

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Three drug suspects were killed while eight others were arrested in nine police drug busts in Bulacan, the Bulacan police office said.

Russel Lariosa was killed in the City of Malolos on Thursday dawn (March 30) when he engaged the police in a firefight during a buy-bust operation in Lugam village.

In the same city on Thursday, an unidentified man identified only as “Barok” was killed in a police operation along the Diversion Road in Barangay (village) Sto. Cristo.

In the City of Meycauayan on Wednesday (March 29), a suspect identified only as “Tulok,” was killed by the police at the suspect’s home in Barangay Lawa at 10:20 p.m.

Also on Wednesday in the City of San Jose del Monte and the towns of Plaridel and Bulakan, separate police operations led to the arrest of Winnie Rodero, Gemma Tan Arroyo and six men whose identities were not released at press time.  SFM
