Philippines has enough food for Christmas—agriculture secretary
MANILA, Philippines — The country has enough supply of pork, chicken, and rice for the holiday season, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala said Friday.
In a press briefing, Alcala said the Philippines need not import these commodities in the weeks ahead.
“We have enough supply,” he said.
