Did You Know: National Dental Health Month

February was declared National Dental Health Month by virtue of Proclamation No. 559 signed on Feb. 24, 2004, by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Feb. 3 to 9 was also declared National Dental Health Week by virtue of Proclamation No. 235 signed in 1951 during the term of President Elpidio Quirino.—Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
