Woman stabbed in Danao rape try
A WOMAN was stabbed and wounded by a man who tried to rape her in Danao City, northern Cebu, last Saturday night.
The woman sustained wounds in the hands and chest.
The woman was walking home from work when a man suddenly grabbed her and started kissing her.

The assailant tried to undress the woman. The woman fought back when the man drew a knife and stabbed her repeatedly.

Luckily, the woman was able to run and sought help from residents in the area.
The victim was brought to the Danao District Hospital.
