Isabela man killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen

SANTIAGO CITY – A 36-year-old man was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding gunmen on Monday night in Barangay (village) Rizal here, police said.

Ronald Roxas was riding a motorcycle in Sitio (sub-village) Kirat when he was attacked, according to Chief Insp. Redentor Gumaru Jr., chief of police station 1 in the city.

Kirat has been under police surveillance for drug traffickers and drug use in the area. JE/rga
