PAL diverts Cotabato flight to Cebu due to technical problem

A Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight from Manila bound for Cotabato was diverted to Cebu on Thursday morning due to a technical problem.

PAL Express flight 2P 2959 MNL-Cotabato was diverted to Cebu International Airport due to a technical issue it encountered mid-flight.
