Pre-dawn fire hits residential area in Caloocan

MANILA, Philippines — A pre-dawn fire hit a residential area in Caloocan City Friday, an officer from the National Capital Region Bureau of Fire Protection said.

Senior Fire Officer 3 Lewie Santos said that the fire started in a house along Villanueva Street in Heroes Del 96, Samson Road, Caloocan City at around 1:05 a.m.

The fire reached third alarm before it was put out by responding firefighters at around 1:44 a.m., said Santos.

He added that there were no reports of casualties.
