MANILA, Philippines—Fire struck Mt. Carmel Church in Quezon City Thursday morning, Fire Officer 2 Michael Sarmiento said.
The fire started from a still undetermined source in the church’s women’s quarters at 7:55 a.m., said Sarmiento.
No one was hurt in the incident.
He said that the fire reached first alarm before it was put out at 8:25 a.m.
