Man dragged into alley, shot dead in Subic
SUBIC, Zambales—A man was dragged into an alley by masked men and shot dead on Wednesday evening, police said.
A resident saw the two suspects pulling Lawrence del Rosario, 38, into the street alley in Barangay (village) Calapacuan here at about 7 p.m., said Chief Insp. Leonardo Madrid, commander of Subic police station.
The witness heard the suspects question Del Rosario about the whereabouts of a certain “Bong Atla” before shooting the victim four times. The masked men fled on foot.

Police said Del Rosario was earlier incarcerated for theft and child abuse charges but was released after the cases against him were dismissed by the court in February./rga
