BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya—The head of an unidentified man was found tucked inside a shopping bag in an upland village in Kayapa town on Tuesday morning.

Residents discovered the head on the roadside of Castillo village around 6 a.m., according to Chief Insp. Orlando Tacio, Kayapa police chief.
