Three teenaged boys found murdered in Zambales

CASTILLEJOS, Zambales — The bodies of three teenaged boys, believed to be victims of summary execution, were found along a village road here on Thursday (Sept. 29) morning.

The boys appeared to be between 14 and 17 years old. Their remains were discovered at 7:30 a.m. on a roadside in Barangay (village) Balaybay here, said PO3 Ely Dagan, investigator at Castillejos police station.

The boys were blindfolded and tied up. According to investigators, they died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Dagan said one of the boys was abducted from his home on Wednesday (Sept. 28) evening. His identity had been verified by family members.

The two other boys have also been identified but the police declined to release their names pending the investigation.  SFM
