Two Koreans were arrested in separate operations last week for murder and swindling charges in their home country.

The Bureau of Immigration apprehended Jang Te-wen, 50, and Yoon Sung-ki, 55, on Sept. 6 in separate operations in Pasay City and Pampanga.

Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said the Koreans would be deported to Korea. Jang was arrested in Barangay Anunas, Angeles City, while Yoon was nabbed at the Midas Hotel along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City.

Jang is facing murder charges in South Korea. Yoon and his wife are wanted for defrauding a fellow Korean of 357 million won.
