At least 1,000 individuals on Duterte’s new drug list

CAMP TECSON, Bulacan – At least 1,000 politicians and public officials were included on the new drug list,  President Rodrigo Duterte said on Thursday.

“The final report is there. I am about to make it public,” Duterte told troops here as he showed a paper bearing the list of the individuals allegedly linked to illegal drugs trade.

The President said police, judges, barangay captains, mayors and governors were on the list.

He held his thumb and forefinger inches apart to indicate that it was a thick one.

“Nakisusap ako kay cong (congressman) what will I do with this there are one-thousand mayors, congressmen,  police, governor,  judges galing sa…pinahasa ko sa intel, sa PDEA…ganun kakapal,” he said.

Duterte, however, did not reveal the names of those on the drug list./rga
