Trader falls in buy-bust operation in Cagayan

TUGUEGARAO CITY – A 42-year-old trader was arrested for selling shabu during a buy-bust operation here at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday (August 31).

Richard Chua was caught allegedly carrying suspected shabu worth P40,000 by members of the Cagayan police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Luna street, according to Laurefel Gabales, PDEA Cagayan director. CDG/rga
