Baguio, Abra suspend classes

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Pre-school and grade school classes in the summer capital were suspended today (Monday) due to strong rain, according to a bulletin from Mayor Mauricio Domogan.

All classes were also suspended in Abra province by Governor Maria Jocelyn Bernos./rga
