DAGUPAN CITY — Eighteen more impounded vehicles were transferred to Tarlac City from the Land Transportation Office in Quezon City on Thursday (Aug. 11).

Ian Buenafe, a senior officer of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, said the convoy of vehicles left the LTO impounding area in Quezon City at about 8 a.m. and arrived at about noon at the Tarlac impounding area in Barangay San Isidro.

The time of the trip, which normally took two hours, was longer because some of the vehicles were not in good running condition, Buenafe said.
