Classes remain suspended in Pangasinan town due to floods

DAGUPAN CITY – Classes from preschool to high school in Bani town in Pangasinan province remain suspended on Tuesday due to flooding triggered by monsoon rains.

Mayor Gwen Yamamoto said the town experienced heavy rains since Saturday, prompting her to suspend classes on Monday and to activate the different villages’ disaster risk reduction and management councils.
