Buguias Mayor Ruben Tinda-an, driver being treated at hospital
BAGUIO CITY — The new mayor of Buguias town in Benguet survived a vehicular accident on Wednesday (June 29) along the Halsema Highway on his way to the city.
The vehicle of Buguias Mayor Ruben Tinda-an fell at 2:30 p.m. into a garden terrace some 20 meters below the highway along Kilometer 57 in Atok town.
The Cordillera police said Tinda-an’s driver Roderick Segundo Loncio had dozed off. They were being treated at the Notre Dame Hospital here. SFM/rga
