Jeepney driver who flashed penis at passenger no-show in hearing
The jeepney driver who was nabbed for flashing his penis at a lady passenger has failed to show up in his hearing at the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
Radyo Inquirer reported on Tuesday that instead of 41-year-old Jesse Sewell, his wife Concepcion appeared to file her husband’s statement.
Concepcion said that her husband wants to see a neuropsychiatrist.
She added that she could not believe that her husband did the act as he was kind and industrious.
She also believes that her husband is not a drug user.
Sewell was arrested last June 21, based on the complaint made by 21-year-old Carissa Narcida, after getting caught on video flashing his penis while driving./rga

The said video was taken last June 17 when Sewell was driving along Aurora Boulevard in Pasay City and Narcida was seated on the front seat of the jeepney.
Meanwhile, the LTFRB will recommend to the Land Transportation Office the revocation of Sewell’s license. AJH/RAM
