OLONGAPO CITY — At least 27 people were arrested on Wednesday night, in a police raid on an Internet and online gaming cafe suspected to be operating as a cybersex den here.

The raiding team from the Philippine National Police-Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) also seized more than 50 computers and transmission devices from the cafe located on the third floor of Joromas building on Rizal Avenue in Barangay West Tapinac here.

Senior Supt. Jerry Sumbad, the city police director, said the raid was conducted on the strength of a search warrant issued by a local court.
