Some Metro Manila areas to experience 5-hour power outages

Metro Manila will experience a five-hour power interruption in some areas on Tuesday morning until afternoon, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported.

The report said the Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) will conduct maintenance operations which will result in power outages from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the the following areas:

Muntinlupa City – Portion of San Juanico Street from Cordillera Street to near Samat Street including Apo, Banawe, Champaca and Makiling Streets; and Alabang Country Club Sewerage Treatment Plant in Ayala Alabang Village, Barangay (village) New Alabang.

According to the report, other areas of Pasig, particularly Caniogan, will also experience the five-hour power outage.
