BASED on the information provided by a tipster, Dalia Guerrero-Pastor is living in Indonesia, has remarried and is now using the name Amanda Maragit.

“She bought a driver’s license from Recto [in Manila] using the name Amanda Cruz. After marrying an Indonesian, she’s now Amanda Maragit,” Tomas Pastor, Dalia’s father-in-law, told the

Dalia has been charged with parricide and is being sought for allegedly conspiring to kill her husband, racing champ Enzo Pastor, with her supposed lover, businessman Sandy de Guzman on June 12, 2014.

Tomas said he based his information on the documents he received from an informant from the Indonesian immigration office.

According to the Indonesian family card and resident card, Dalia married an Indonesian national.

The Indonesian documents put into question the notarized motion filed by Dalia’s lawyer in the Court of Appeals to quash the warrant for her arrest.

“With this information, we now know where she is. We know what ID she is using which is not Dalia Guerrero. And it’s impossible that she had [her petition] notarized in Davao. She can’t enter the country because her passport has been canceled,” Tom said.

The appellate court petition was filed by Dalia’s lawyer Ruy Alberto Rondain and notarized by Charmaine Valentin in Davao City.

Enrique dela Cruz, lawyer for the Pastor family, said they have coordinated with the Philippine National Police about the information they received.

“There is now a team that was constituted to go after her. We intend to inform the court because the court issued the warrant [for her arrest],” he added.
