Flights canceled on Monday, Dec. 14 due to typhoon ‘Nona’

The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced on Monday which flights were canceled due to bad weather brought by typhoon “Nona” (international name: Melor).

As of 9 a.m., the canceled flights in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport were:

As of 11 a.m., Nona has made landfall in Northern Samar. The weather bureau has raised Signal No. 3 in 10 areas: Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Ticao and Burias Islands, N. Samar, E. Samar, Samar and Biliran.
Nona was last tracked 85 kilometers east of Catarman in Northern Samar and is packing maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 185 kph.
