The best of Ilocos Sur’s culture, tradition and tourist attractions are in the limelight again in the monthlong celebration of Kannawidan Ylocos 2015, which starts on Jan. 29.

The seven-year-old festival, with Gov. Ryan Singson at the helm, is reaching new heights, according to a statement from the governor’s office.

The festival, said Singson, “offers everything our province mates and tourists want to enjoy in a festival.”
