Llarena said that her leg has become severely inflamed, resulting in her losing a considerable amount of blood and leaving her hemoglobin count at its lowest level.

According to her, she needs to undergo a blood transfusion at Taal Polymedic Hospital and Medical Center in Taal, Batangas. For this, she will need three bags of blood at P1,500 each. Llarena is from Lemery, Batangas.

The amputation of her foot, on the other hand, will cost her P100,000, the 42-year-old mother of two children told the Inquirer.

“I want to feel better. But I have no money for the operation or my other medical needs,” she said. She and her husband, who suffers from a chronic skin condition, are both jobless and dependent on their parents.

Llarena can be reached at 0920-8434571. Donations can be deposited in her BDO account (#6270086603).
