Stretch of Roxas Blvd. closed to traffic Sunday due to fun run

MANILA, Philippines–The Manila Police District Traffic Enforcement Unit has announced road closure and traffic rerouting for the “Hashtag Fun Run 2015” on Jan. 4, Sunday.

A stretch of Roxas Boulevard southbound lane from the Katigbak drive to the P. Ocampo street will be closed to traffic starting at 3:30 a.m.

Meanwhile, all vehicles coming from the northern part of Manila/Pier Zone intending to pass by southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard are advised to turn left to P. Burgos, right to Ma. Orosa, right to TM Kalaw, left to MH Del Pilar, left to Quirino Ave., right to Mabini to FB Harrison or use Taft Avenue to point of destination.

Vehicles coming from the Jones, McArthur and Quezon bridges are advised to go to Taft Avenue to point of destination instead of using the southbound lane of the Roxas Boulevard.

On the other hand, all vehicles traversing the westbound lane of Quirino Ave. should turn left to Adriatico, right to P. Ocampo, left to FB Harrison to point of destination instead of taking the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard.
